1 lb. Broccoli
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. NEW
ENGLAND honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry
mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Steam broccoli
until just tender and still bright green. Combine sour cream, honey,
vinegar, salt and mustard. Heat gently. Pour over broccoli.
Serves 4-6.
