1 bunch carrots
salt
1/4 cup melted
butter
1/4 cup NEW
ENGLAND honey
2 tsp. grated
orange peel
2 tsp. grated
lemon peel
Wash and scrape
carrots. Cook in one inch of boiling salted water until crispy tender;
about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Blend melted butter, honey and
citrus peels. Pour over carrots and place over low heat until carrots
are glazed.
