8 fresh ripe
tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1/4 cup chopped
onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. NEW
ENGLAND honey
1/4 cup lemon
juice
1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Wash and chop
tomatoes. Peel, seed and dice cucumber. Put the tomatoes,
cucumber, onion and horseradish into food processor. Add remaining
ingredients and blend. Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with a
stalk of celery.
