2 eggs slightly beaten

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup NEW ENGLAND honey

1/4 tsp. salt

8 slices bread butter

Combine beaten eggs, milk, honey and salt.  Dip bread in mixture and fry in butter until golden brown.  Serve with lemon honey butter.
